Craig Finke

Personal Experience

Craig was born in Columbus, IN, grew up on his family’s dairy farm in Hope, IN. Always enjoyed working on the farm with his father growing up and was not a stranger to hard work.   He played 3 years of varsity football at Columbus North HS. Went to college at Valparaiso University on a football scholarship, received a degree in Visual Communications, Assistant Girls Softball Coach for Valparaiso University his Senior year.

Craig is married to his wonderful wife Carrie for 27 years; he has two boys, Dylan-25 which is a Construction Manager and Austin-22 which is working as a marketing coordinator!

Craig worked in the corporate management world with Lifetouch National School Studios for 12 years, managed a territory and sales team of 50 people in the Boise, ID area and the surrounding Northwest region of the United States. He was responsible for all outside sales, sales management, budgeting and forecasting.

Craig decided to move his family back to his home state of Indiana and decided to start

investing in real estate full-time. Before that, he purchased his first investment property over 25 years ago. He received his sales agent license over 15 years ago and he has assisted in over 600 buying and selling transactions in the last 15 years. He was in property management for over 20 years. Craig has been a licensed broker in the state of Indiana since 2006.  Craig is currently a licensed GC in the state of Indiana as well.  He started his own construction company in 2010 and has been building high end flips in the greater Indianapolis area.  His most recent venture has included a commercial overnight stay resort in Nashville, IN.

Craig currently is the principal of multiple businesses, one of which is Secure Real Estate Group. SREG offers investors and home buyers the unique opportunity to purchase and profit from residential and commercial real estate.  SREG and its affiliates purchase, refurbish, lease or sell properties.    Harmony Tree Resorts, INC is one of Craig’s most recent ventures.  He is developing, building, and overseeing operations of overnight stays in the Nashville, In area.
